HOW DO I UPLOAD A PHOTO FOR PRINTING?
It's simple! After selecting the size, finish, and mounting method, on the order page you will find an option ‘Upload File’. We accept JPG, PNG, and TIFF formats with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. The maximum file size is 10 MB. After uploading, you will see a preview – make sure everything looks perfect!
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE AND CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM SIZE?
We offer standard sizes: 10x7 cm, 13x9 cm, 42x30 cm. Unfortunately, we do not yet support custom dimensions; only the sizes listed above are available.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TAKE?
Order processing takes 2-5 business days, depending on the size and quantity. Shipping within Poland takes 1-3 days, and to EU countries 3-7 days. Shipping costs range from 4-12 EUR – you can find details in the Shipping Policy.
CAN I CHANGE THE PICTURE AND SIZE?
Please contact customer service within 24 hours for assistance.
IS THERE A WHITE BORDER?
Our metal prints showcase every design from edge to edge, without white borders. In case a white edge is visible, we will notify you to resolve the matter prior to printing.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?
A discount code input box is available on the checkout page. Please note, each order can only apply one discount code. Customers should ensure they enter the correct discount code to avail of the promotional offer.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please check the Track Your Order page in the navigation bar and follow the steps provided on the page. Ensure you have your order number and email address handy before tracking your order.
IS YOUR WEBSITE SAFE?
All orders are processed on an SSL-secured checkout page to ensure your data is protected. Your payment information is encrypted during transmission and is never stored on our servers, providing an additional layer of security. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your transactions safely and securely. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us. We will provide a solution after verifying the issue. We take the quality of our products very seriously and will work quickly to resolve any issues with damaged or lost orders.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE TO SHIP?
We ship orders through DHL. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.
