All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use DHL Standard Courier Delivery for all shipments to ensure a reliable and secure door-to-door service.

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all EU orders of 399.99 zł (approx. €94) or more. This discount is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.
International Shipping Outside the EU
Currently, we primarily ship to countries within the European Union. For shipping inquiries to destinations outside the EU, please contact us directly at support@bolotstudio.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
