Non-Returnable Products
Each of our metal prints is made-to-order from your photo or design, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
Exceptions – items not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized prints
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

How to Return Your Item
1. Initiate Your Return
- Visit our returns portal: furgonetka.pl/zwroty/4500fbbe-b8f4-43df-8f9a-00b6499b49aa
- Select the items you wish to return
- You have 14 days from delivery to start your return
2. Prepare Your Package
- Pack items securely in their original packaging
- Include all tags; item must be unworn and unused
- Choose your shipping method and pay the return shipping cost
3. Send Your Package
- Drop off your package with the courier or at your chosen shipping point
4. Receive Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at support@bolotstudio.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you may cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@bolotstudio.com
