We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy provides clear details on how to handle returns, ensuring a smooth and fair process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Please Note: All our products are custom-made and printed on demand just for you. Because of their personalized nature, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This right does not apply to custom-made products.

How to Request a Return for Defective Items

    To start a return, you must contact us at support@bolotstudio.com with photos of the defect or damage. Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

    If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your approved refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once it is complete.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bolotstudio.com.
