Is my phone photo good enough quality?

Yes! Our system is optimized for photos from any modern smartphone. If our production team spots a major quality issue (like extreme blurriness), we will email you before we print. Your memory will look sharp.

What file formats are supported?

We accept all common image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP. For best results, upload your original, uncompressed photo directly from your phone or camera. Avoid screenshots or images shared through social media, as these are often compressed and lower quality.

What's the minimum image resolution for sharp prints?

For optimal quality, we recommend: The Keepsake 3-Pack (3 × 13×9 cm): 1000×700 pixels minimum The Classic (30×20cm): 2000×1400 pixels minimum The Statement (42×30cm): 3000×2100 pixels minimum Most smartphone photos from the last 5 years easily exceed these requirements.
