We transfer your photograph by dye-sublimation into a prepared aluminium surface. This produces rich colour and fine detail without describing confidential supplier or production details.

Standard photo prints are intended for indoor display. Keep them away from prolonged direct sunlight and outdoor exposure because they do not include the protective UV laminate used on every Address Sign.

Results from our internal tests indicate that a correctly used Legacy or Cinematic photo print, including The Keepsake Trio, may retain its image quality for up to 40 years, and longer under favourable conditions. Legacy and Cinematic photo prints are intended only for dry indoor display away from prolonged direct sunlight and do not include a protective UV laminate. Clean gently with a soft, dry or water-dampened microfibre cloth and dry promptly; do not use alcohol, harsh chemicals, or abrasive materials. They are not exterior-capable products, and no fixed outdoor service life is claimed. This is an expected service-life statement, not a 40-year guarantee. Statutory rights are unaffected.

The aluminium surface is easy to clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; dry it promptly after wiping. Standard photo prints are intended for dry indoor display. Keep them away from splashes, persistent humidity, outdoor exposure and prolonged direct sunlight, and avoid submersion or abrasive cleaners.

Glossy
A vivid, light-catching finish that makes colour feel crisp and deep.

Matte
A refined, low-glare surface for bright rooms or a softer gallery feel.

Both finishes are easy to clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and are prepared for long-lasting indoor display.

If we identify a potential crop or image-quality issue, we may email a proposed correction. We wait up to five business days for a reply. If you approve it, we produce that version; if you do not reply, we use the original crop submitted with the order.

We accept all common image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP.

For best results, upload your original, uncompressed photo directly from your phone or camera. Avoid screenshots or images shared through social media, as these are often compressed and lower quality.
