You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track directly on the carrier's website.

DPD will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a nearby pickup point. With InPost, your package will wait in the parcel locker for 48 hours.

We ship only to destinations currently enabled in the storefront market selector and confirmed at checkout. For destinations outside the EU, import charges may apply; checkout shows amounts collected before payment when available. United States checkout is currently unavailable. If your destination is not listed, contact support@bolotstudio.com before ordering.

Report transit damage promptly to support@bolotstudio.com with the order number and clear photos. Do not return anything until we provide case-specific instructions. Once the issue is verified, we normally remake or replace the item free of charge. Bolot Studio covers the cost of a physical return that we approve.
