Bolot Studio offers a 30-day return guarantee, double the EU requirement. Made-to-order metal prints are exempt from returns under EU law, but we fully replace or refund any product with manufacturing defects or transit damage. Contact support@bolotstudio.com with photos for fast resolution.

All our products are made to individual order. Due to their personalized nature, they are not subject to return unless they have a manufacturing defect or were damaged in transit.
If your product has a defect or was damaged, follow these steps
Send an email to support@bolotstudio.com with photos of the defect or damage
After approval, you will receive a return label and packing instructions
Ship the package to: BOLOT Sp. z o.o., ul. Sikorskiego 6A/10, 44-196 Knurów, Poland
Money will be returned to your account within 10 business days
We offer an extended 30-day return period - more than double what EU law requires.
Under EU consumer law, made-to-order and personalized products are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. This applies to all our metal prints, as each one is uniquely created from your photo.
Of course, if your product has a defect or was damaged in transit - we'll replace it or refund your money!
