Metal prints are high-resolution images infused directly into specially coated metal. The result is a striking, durable print with vivid colors and incredible detail that will last a lifetime.

We use high-quality metal and professional advanced metal printing technology. Each print undergoes rigorous quality inspection to ensure exceptional color accuracy and durability.

Our prints are created using advanced metal printing, making them completely waterproof, moisture-resistant, and highly fade-resistant (colors won't fade for years). They're perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, or covered patios. Note: Prolonged continuous exposure to direct, intense sunlight may cause slight fading over time. Important: While the coating is very durable, the metal itself (like car paint) can scratch when in contact with sharp objects. We recommend care during cleaning and mounting.

Glossy: Offers incredible depth and color saturation. The surface is smooth and reflects light like glass, creating a "WOW" effect. Ideal for high-contrast photos. Matte: An elegant, satin surface that doesn't reflect light (no glare). Perfect for bright rooms, walls opposite windows, and portraits.

No. Our metal prints are printed "full bleed" (edge to edge) for a modern, frameless look. If you want an artistic white border, you'll need to add it to your image file yourself before uploading.

Yes, with a recommendation. Our prints are waterproof, making them much more durable than paper. They work great on covered patios or verandas. However, to preserve perfect colors for decades, we recommend avoiding locations exposed to direct, continuous harsh sunlight and heavy rain.

Ordering & Payment

We accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, and TIFF formats up to 50MB. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). Our system will warn you if the image quality is too low.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, USDC, and Klarna for eligible purchases.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track directly on the carrier's website.

We ship to all EU countries, the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. Each print is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Production takes 1-3 business days. For Poland, shipping typically takes 1-3 days, while for other EU countries it typically takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping is free on orders over €99. For orders under €99, a flat rate shipping fee applies based on your location.

Each print is carefully wrapped in protective foam and shipped in a sturdy, custom-designed box to prevent any damage during transit.

We use reputable carriers, including DHL, InPost, and local postal services depending on your location. All shipments are fully insured and trackable.

Policies & Support

Since each metal print is made to order with your unique photo, the standard "no questions asked" return policy does not apply. However, we take full responsibility for quality! If your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us at support@bolotstudio.com (including photos) and we'll send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

We take full responsibility for shipping safety. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately. After a quick verification of the issue (based on photos), we'll send a new product or issue a refund.

Prices start at £16 (The Keepsake, 13×9 cm), from £32 (The Classic, 30×20 cm), and from £44 (The Statement, 42×30 cm). Final price depends on size and finish (matte or glossy). All EU prices include VAT. Free shipping on orders over €99 (EU) / £85 (UK). Poland: free shipping on all orders.

For best results: minimum 200 DPI at print size. Practically, any modern smartphone photo (iPhone 12+, Samsung S20+) is sufficient for any size. Our configurator warns you if image quality is too low before you order. Minimum: 1,654×1,181 px for large (42×30 cm).

Yes. Our metal is 100% recyclable, and we produce in Poland, EU — reducing shipping carbon versus overseas alternatives. Advanced metal printing uses no liquid chemicals or volatile solvents. A metal print built to last for decades also means fewer replacements compared to paper or canvas prints.

We don't offer formal sample packs, but The Keepsake (13×9 cm) starts at €14 and is the ideal way to experience metal print quality firsthand before ordering larger sizes. Many customers start with a Keepsake and then order Statement prints.

Metal prints are made-to-order with your personal photo, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind under EU personalized goods law. However, our 30-day guarantee covers all manufacturing defects and transit damage — contact support@bolotstudio.com with photos, we'll replace or refund.
