Plan Timing From the Live Order

A few things can shift timing: how long we take to produce the print, where it is going, how you set up the order, any questions we raise about your photo, and the carrier. Enter the real delivery address, use the estimate shown at checkout, and leave extra time to receive, check and wrap the parcel.

Monitor the order email. If Bolot proposes a meaningful crop or correction, it waits up to five business days. Approval makes that proposal the production reference. Without a reply, production uses the original crop submitted with the order, not the unapproved proposal.

Wrap After Inspection

Transit packaging protects the parcel on the way. Unless the live order clearly includes gift wrapping, take the parcel in, check the product and keep its mounting and care notes before you add your own wrapping.

Use paper, a reusable bag or another wrap that will not scratch, bend or stick to the printed face. Keep candles, hot lights, drinks and food well away while you work.

Give them room to react in their own way. Do not film or post the reveal without consent. Do not read tears as proof of a good gift.

Explain Display and Care
