How we write — and stand behind — every word
Our editorial policy explains how product facts, external sources, corrections, commercial context and assisted tooling are handled before publication.
Bolot Studio's editorial guidelines describe source selection, product-claim checks, corrections, commercial disclosures and the limited role of automation or AI-assisted tools.
Content sourcing
Product facts come from the current configuration, owner-confirmed operating records and supporting supplier documentation where relevant. Competitor and legal claims use dated primary or authoritative sources. Unsupported statements are corrected or removed.
Fact-check process
Technical product claims are checked against current product and production records. Pricing, availability, shipping estimates and policy statements are checked against the live storefront configuration before publication. A designated editor checks the relevant evidence and unresolved claims are removed or clearly qualified.
Correction policy
When a published page contains a material factual error, we correct it promptly and add an editor's note at the top of the article explaining what changed and when. The page's dateModified structured data is updated simultaneously. We do not silently edit or delete incorrect information. Minor corrections — spelling, grammar, formatting — are made without a note but the modification date is still updated.
Author independence
Named authors and editors remain responsible for the pages attributed to them. Material commercial relationships, sponsorships or affiliate arrangements are disclosed on the relevant content when they apply; factual product and legal claims still require documented support.
AI usage disclosure
Automation or AI-assisted tools may support drafting, translation or media assessment. Before publication, product facts, legal boundaries, citations, locale copy and media are checked against documented sources and the editorial policy. Synthetic imagery is not presented as real product photography, and no tool is treated as having first-hand product experience.
The products we write about are described on our metal prints page.
