How we write — and stand behind — every word
Every article, guide, and product description published by Bolot Studio reflects original research, verified claims, and a clear separation between editorial and commercial interests.
Bolot Studio's editorial guidelines cover content sourcing, fact-checking by the founding team, a transparent correction policy, full author independence, and a clear disclosure of where AI tools assist our work.
Content sourcing
All product and process claims originate from primary sources: direct observation of our production workflow in Łódź, Poland; supplier specifications for materials and hardware; and first-hand interviews with customers about their experience. We do not republish press releases as editorial content, and we do not accept guest contributions from brands or agencies.
Fact-check process
Technical claims — print dimensions, material properties, mounting load ratings — are reviewed by Radek Sochecki, who oversees production and quality control. Pricing, shipping timelines, and policy statements are verified by Daniel Pacek against the live Shopify store configuration and lib/seo/shipping-config.ts before publication. Any claim we cannot verify from a canonical internal source is either removed or clearly marked as an estimate.
Correction policy
When a published page contains a material factual error, we correct it promptly and add an editor's note at the top of the article explaining what changed and when. The page's dateModified structured data is updated simultaneously. We do not silently edit or delete incorrect information. Minor corrections — spelling, grammar, formatting — are made without a note but the modification date is still updated.
Author independence
Both founders write under their own names and are solely responsible for editorial decisions. Bolot Studio does not accept paid placements, sponsored editorial content, or affiliate-driven recommendations. If we link to a third-party product or service, it is because we use it and it is relevant to the reader — not because of a commercial arrangement. Any partnership or collaboration that involves compensation is disclosed explicitly.
AI usage disclosure
We use Anthropic Claude to assist with translating editorial content across our 13 supported locales. Human editors review every translated version for accuracy, tone, and market-specific nuance before publication. Claude is never used to generate opinion content, product recommendations, or any section that requires first-hand experience. We use Google Imagen 4 under creative direction from the team to produce illustrative imagery for blog articles; all AI-generated images are reviewed before use and are not presented as photography.
Editorial contact
For correction requests, factual disputes, or questions about our editorial process, contact us directly. We aim to respond within two business days.
